Art Deco Andy Award – SOLD

This is an Andy Award made of brushed steel measuring 6” high above a 2″ high black marble base.  It is heavy, weighing 5 lbs.

The International ANDY Awards were established in 1964 by the ADVERTISING club of New York

The goal of the competition is to honor creativity in advertising throughout the world, recognize the contributions of individuals and companies who create the work and encourage raising the standards of craftsmanship in the industry.

Judged by a jury comprised of internationally renowned creative directors, awards are given to both single and campaign executions, distinguished by product, service or technique category.

The recipient tag is available for this usually unobtainable advertising award but I think it looks awesome as an art deco statue.  I pulled the tag off, but it can easily be glued back on if you want it more as a piece of advertising memorabilia rather than as art.

This RARE and incredible piece would make a distinctive addition to any home, office or school, and is a great gift  for any advertising memorabilia collector!
